All of the bedrooms have private verandahs overlooking the river and the thatched roofs blend in perfectly with the surroundings. Crocodile bask on the sand spits and a tree on the opposite bank of the river is 'baited' each evening and frequently visited by leopard. Facilities include a swimming pool.

It is also ideally placed for visits to the neighboring parks of Buffalo Springs and Shaba National Reserve.
